Manavadhikar Samajik Manch is engaged in imparting vocational training programmes to the underprivileged women. At present, MASM is imparting vocational training in three areas Cutting &Tailoring and Beauty Culture. The approach is to go beyond skill building. We believe vocational training must translate into economic empowerment. The strategy being employed is to train and empower women with business management skills and make them employable.

The MASM not only helps in generating employment opportunities for the course candidates but also imparts demand driven short term training in consultation with the industry. It even establishes linkages with the industry for placement and provides backward and forward linkages with bank, financial institutions and agencies for loan. The maximum duration of each course is six months where both class-room and exposure classes are undertaken.
